• Slight variations may occur due to natural product characteristics.

• Product color/texture may vary batch to batch.

• We reserve the right to modify product details without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR (₹).

• Prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST (update as per your structure).

• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

• Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery timelines vary based on location.

• Ecohar is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Return & Refund Policy

• Due to the perishable nature of ghee, returns are not accepted once the product is opened.

• Refund/replacement is applicable only if:

  • Product is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product delivered

• Complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, images, text, branding, and product designs belong to Ecohar and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ecohar shall not be liable for:

• Misuse of product

• Allergic reactions (customers should check ingredients)

• Indirect or consequential damages
