Refund policy

At Ecohar, we are committed to delivering pure, high-quality, and authentic products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Product received is leaking, broken, or tampered with.
  • Product received is expired or unfit for consumption.

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@ecohar.com.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

3. Replacement Policy

After verification of the issue, Ecohar may:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

The decision will be made after reviewing the evidence submitted by the customer.

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after obtaining the required details from the customer.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially consumed products.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Orders where the delivery address was incorrectly provided by the customer.
  • Products purchased during special clearance or promotional sales, unless received damaged or defective.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Ecohar.
  • If a replacement is approved, Ecohar will bear all replacement shipping costs.
