At Ecohar, every order is packed with care to ensure your natural essentials reach you fresh, safe, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders. Himanshu testing 

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email and SMS.

Delivery Timelines After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your delivery location. Metro cities usually receive orders sooner, while remote or non-metro pin codes may take slightly longer.

Serviceable Locations We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, a tracking link is shared via email and SMS so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Delays While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timelines, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and will always assist wherever possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are complete and accurate at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts may be re-shipped at an additional shipping charge.
